Easy White Fish Recipe Honey Mustard Tilapia Recipe

If you are on any of the WW (Weight Watchers) plans, white fish is very low on points, tastes delicious, and is usually relatively inexpensive. One of these entire Tilapia fillets is only 3 points! Paired with some delicious veg, and a carb of your choice – and you have an amazing meal. Fish also has the ability to take on the flavour of whatever profile you are serving for dinner this week.

Why should you eat fish?

White fish is a really versatile protein choice. Feeling like curry? No problem – add your favourite spice rub and it will taste fab served over coconut rice. Wanting Mexican themed bowls but don’t have any chicken or beef on hand? Fish flavoured with Tex-Mex spice is so easy and perfect to top a taco salad, burrito bowl, or to fill a taco shell. The possibilities really are endless.

  • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 whole lemon juice to add to the bag and slices for cooking


  1. Add your mustards to the bag /container. Squeeze in the lemon.

  2. Add the fish, evenly coat with mixture.

  3. Let rest in fridge for 15-20 minutes (longer if you have time)

  4. Remove from bag and bbq.

  5. Serve when fish is totally cooked through.
