Glamping or camping?

Thank you for checking out our camping / glamping food ideas! We are classified as “glampers” more than regular campers since we have electricity, running hot water, and beds above the ground. So keep that in mind when you see food items such as popsicles! We have a fridge and freezer to help us keep our food at safe temperatures. All of the ideas are peanut and milk free in order to keep Sosi safe.

Freezer Friendly Muffins

For the muffins I bake a double batch and make sure to freeze half for camping or playdate trips. It is important to make sure the muffins are 100% cool before freezing them in order to avoid freezer burn. These delicious chocolate chip muffins can be eaten right from the freezer or popped in the micro for a few seconds to warm up. Just be careful they aren’t too hot when you serve them. My little ones also really like it when I chop these bad boys in half and smother them in almond butter and jam, “muffin sandwiches” are a real toddler crowd pleaser. Vegan Chocolate Chip Muffins are dairy free with no peanuts. These are deliciously dense, easy to make and bake!

These little popsicles are perfect for toddler hands and fit nicely into a smaller camping freezer. Strawberry Banana Popsicle

🍌 🍓 popsicle recipe…
1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

This recipe is small and fits the 6 toddler sized popsicles from Munchkin.
